Do you have remnants? Remnants are pieces of granite that are left over from full slabs. We have a wide variety of remnants to choose from for projects such as vanities, table tops, dressers, shower accessories, etc.,.
Can I purchase my own sink? We offer a few different types of sinks at a discounted price, if those do not meet your needs we encourage to purchase your own sink.
What does the Builders Program price include? This price includes one visit for templating of counter tops, fabrication and installation of your new countertops.
Do you do Tile backsplashes? Yes we do install tile. Our sales team can provide you with a customized estimate for your tiling needs.
Do I need to have my own countertops removed before you come to template? No, we can do the template over your existing countertops. If you would like us to remove your countertops we can do so at the time of install for an additional charge.
Where will my slabs come from? Could I pick them out myself? We have stone suppliers all over the United States. We do encourage our customers to select slabs themselves.
Do you have other surfaces besides granite? Yes, all other natural stone countertops. (Onyx, Soapstone, Travertine, Limestone, Marble, etc.). Along with Engineered Quartz from several brands.
How do I maintain my countertops? We recommend cleaning all stone surfaces with a neutral cleaner, stone soap, or a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Using excessively concentrated cleaner or soap may leave film and cause streaks. Follow manufactures recommendations to any other cleaner you may want to use. Quality Marble and Tile does carry a large selection of DuPont products for stone, from sealers to cleaners.
How long does it take to fabricate my countertops? 14 working days is a typical fabrication cycle.
How many seams will I have? Seams depend on the size of the slab along with the access to the desired area. Slabs are typically around 115’’ x 60’’ depending on color.
Do I need to remove all items out of my cabinets before you come to install my new countertops yes. All items should be removed out of the floor cabinets that will be exposed during the install of the new countertops. Quality Marble and Tile is not responsible for dust created by removal and new install of the new countertops.
Do I have to seal my countertops? We do recommend using a sealer on natural stone countertops. Quality Marble and Tile provides sealer when we install the countertop. If you are choosing to do this yourself we recommend following the manufactures instructions.
